% 02.06.2016 CM No. 22622/2016 (Exemption) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.
CM(M) 600/2016 & CM No. 22621/2016 (stay) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the suit property by way of sale deed and the case is fixed for remaining evidence in the trial court on 19th July, 2016. He further submits that the matter in the trial court is not proceeding further due to the objections pending before the trial court. He submits that the present petition be disposed of with a direction to the court below to dispose of the objections within a period of six months.
In view of above and in the facts and circumstances, it is directed as follows :
(i) The court concerned is directed to proceed with the matter as expeditiously as possible and to decide the objections
preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order, if possible.
(ii) A copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petition and the application are disposed of with the above directions.
