% 12.07.2017 Both the counsel for the parties state that under the compromise/settlement arrived at amongst the parties, the petitioner has received certain amounts from the respondents and for the balance, today, a cheque dated 20.7.2017 drawn in favour of the petitioner in the sum of Rs.1,87,086/- on Yes Bank has come to be handed over to the ld. counsel for the petitioner towards full and final satisfaction of all the claims of the petitioner as against the respondents.
In view thereof, ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant contempt petition. Should the cheque be not honoured, the petitioner would be at liberty to file fresh contempt
petition, besides initiating such other action (s) as may be permissible under law.
Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
