CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIPIN SANGHI
O R D E R
% 26.10.2016 The petitioner has preferred the present bail application to seek regular bail in case FIR No.648/2014 registered at PS Jagatpuri under Section 498A/304B/34 IPC.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, firstly, is that there were six accused in the case, out of which four have been discharged apart from the applicant. The son of the applicant is the only other accused against whom charges have been framed.
Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a senior citizen. It is further pointed out that the material public witnesses have all been examined.
Mr. Katyal submits that only the examination of three formal witnesses remains to be conducted.
In these circumstances, I am inclined to allow the present application. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- to the satisfaction of the trial court. This is further subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not leave Delhi and shall not interact with the complainant or any of the prosecution witnesses or in any other way try to tamper with the evidence in the case. The petitioner shall not change her address without prior intimation to the trial court.
The application stands disposed of.
