% 02.11.2018 Another Bill of Costs already stated to be filed by counsel for the plaintiffs on 25/10/2018. However, there was no direction by the undersigned to file the same.

Another Bill of costs dated 01/11/2018 has also been received from the Registry. However, there was no direction by the undersigned to the Registry to prepare the same. A written explanation has been received in this regard from the Registry.

In the present case, three Bill of Costs have been filed by counsel for the plaintiffs and there is difference of amount in all the three Bills of costs filed by counsel for the plaintiffs. Registry has also prepared three Bill of Costs and there is difference of amount in all the three Bills of costs. Even the Bill of Costs prepared by the Registry and Bill of Costs filed by counsel

for the plaintiffs, the amounts of Bill of Costs are not tallying with each other.

Even, on perusal of Bill of Costs filed by counsel for the plaintiffs, the amount of actual costs appears to be exorbitant. It is submitted by counsel for the plaintiffs that the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Court and he will make appropriate submissions before the Hon'ble Court in this regard.

List the matter before the Hon'ble Court for further directions on 29th November, 2018.
