% 03.08.2017 Mr.Ashish Aggarwal, ASC informs this Court that despite there being a family/domestic dispute between the petitioner and his wife and other relatives of both sides, protection as requested by the petitioner has been provided to him.

Beat staff has been instructed to keep an eye over the ingress and egress of people from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has also been provided with telephone numbers of two of the police personnel posted in the concerned police station with specific instructions to them to take up any call made in distress by the petitioner.

In view of such statement, there is no necessity of passing any order

in this writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of.
