The instant petition seeks to challenge the impugned order dated 23.03.2016, whereby, the petitioner had been debarred from being assigned any project in CRWC Limited in future, for a period of three years from the date of issuance of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the period of three years from the date of issuance of the order dated 23.03.2016 had already expired on 22.03.2019. According to him, on account of the stigma attached due to the said order, the petitioner has to suffer in various other contracts.

impugned order is firstly, not related to blacklisting in stricto sensu and secondly, the relevant period is already over, there is no reason to continue the instant writ petition to be adjudicated on merit. He, therefore, submits that since the present petition has rendered infructuous, the same is liable to be dismissed.

I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the record. 4.

It is seen that the petitioner is raising an apprehension with respect to any adverse impact on his entity owing to the impugned order dated 23.03.2016. The said order has already lived out its life. It is hereby clarified that the order dated 23.03.2016 should not be treated to the detriment of the petitioner in any manner whatsoever.

With the aforesaid clarification, nothing more is required to be done. Consequently, the instant petition is disposed of alongwith pending application(s).
