% 06.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners will approach the court of competent jurisdiction in Jaipur, where FIR has been registered. Petitioners seek transit anticipatory bail in order to enable them to approach the court of competent jurisdiction for appropriate relief. Offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 406/420/504/509/120-B IPC.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, petitioners are granted anticipatory transit bail for a period of three weeks, subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees

Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. It is made clear that this order shall remain in force only for a period of three weeks. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
