% 01.03.2016 The parties have arrived at a settlement in mediation. The settlement agreement duly signed by the parties, their counsels and the learned mediator is placed on record. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the same is accepted. The parties shall remain bound by the settlement. The suit is disposed of in terms of the said settlement. The plaintiff shall be entitled for refund of the court fee as the matter stands settled in mediation.
