The present petition is filed to impugn the order 30.05.2018 passed by the Court of Sh. Neeraj Gaur, Additonal District Judge, North, Rohini Courts, Delhi in LAC no. 1687/2016 titled as Union of India vs Jagbir Singh & Ors.

It is appearing that in the said LAC case, the final judgment/award dated 03.04.2019 has already been passed and the present petition has hence become infructuous.
