This is an application for execution of the order dated 12.7.2006 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court disposing of the writ petition with directions to the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner and to dispose of the same within eight weeks.

With respect to such an order there cannot be execution because counsel for respondent no. 2 states that the representation made by the petitioner was heard and disposed of by an order of respondent no. 2 and, in fact, even the contempt petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed.

This application is, therefore, misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
