% 26.07.2016 The parties had entered into a settlement before this Court as is reflected in the order dated 13th July, 2016. Three copies of the deed of settlement were prepared of which one copy has been handed over to the Court which is taken on record. In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, a draft bearing No.841571 dated 25.7.2016 drawn on State Bank of Travancore Wazirpur Delhi for `2.5 lakhs has been handed over to the complainant in Court.

Since the parties have entered into a settlement and the petitioner and respondent No.2, who are both present in Court and are identified by their respective counsel, state that they would abide by the terms of settlement, I deem it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing

a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the condition that he will join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating officer and will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court concerned.

Petition is disposed of.
