% 21.07.2016 Today, learned counsel for respondent has handed over a Cheque bearing No. 792808 dated 31st July, 2016 for Rs. 27,00,000/- drawn upon Canara Bank, Rajouri Garden, Delhi in favour of Ms. Anuradha Lall on account of payment to Mrs. Radhika Lall and Ms. Anuradha Lall. A photocopy of the said cheque is taken on record. Learned counsel for respondent also states on instruction of Mr. Gaurav Kapoor, respondent who is personally present in Court, that entire 50% payment shall be paid to Ashiana Utsav Care Home on or before 7th August, 2016. He also states that he would reconcile the accounts with Ashiana Utsav Care Home and pay the balance amount within further period of six weeks.

The aforesaid statements of learned counsel for respondent are accepted by this Court and respondent is held bound by the same. Ashiana Utsav Care Home is directed to cooperate with the respondent.

Accordingly, present contempt petition stands disposed of. Order dasti.
