% 05.02.2018 Ms. Jyoti Singh, learned amicus appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents have issued a fresh order dated 21.11.2017/ 11.12.2017, whereby the Disciplinary Authority has re-examined the evidence on record and the submissions made by the petitioner in his defence, and in partial modification of the order dated 07.06.2007, the Disciplinary Authority has imposed the penalty of compulsory retirement with effect from 07.06.2007, which was the date of removal from service of the petitioner from KVS. The petitioner is satisfied with the order dated 21.11.2017/ 11.12.2017.
The respondent should now comply with this order and release all the retiral dues to the petitioner without any delay. The petitioner shall comply with all the formalities and it is hoped that the arrears shall be released within the next ten weeks.
We take on record the valuable services rendered by the learned amicus Ms. Jyoti Singh, Senior Advocate. We also appreciate the effort made by Mr. Rajappa to bring about a resolution of the matter to the satisfaction of the petitioner.
