% 07.02.2018 CM APPL. 4759/2018 (U/S 148 R/W SEC. 151 OF CPC) This Court on 14.07.2017 had directed the appellant to pay a cost of Rs. 20,000/- within four weeks. The cost was paid a couple of months later. The applicant seeks condonation of delay in paying the said cost. The learned counsel for the non-applicant has no objection, if the present application is allowed.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned. The application is disposed-off.
