It is informed that petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending before the Court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she will request the learned Trial Court to refer the disputes to Mediation Centre for amicable settlement.

Let the petitioner do so. The Trial Court shall consider the request of the parties to refer the disputes to Mediation Centre for amicable settlement (if any).

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above observations. Pending application also stands disposed of.
