% 25.02.2016 Petitioner has completed his evidence in the Trial Court. Learned counsel for the respondent states that there are three witnesses qua the respondent. On the last date evidence could not be carried out qua the respondent as the respondent is a senior citizen. Next date fixed before the Trial Court is 10.3.2016. All affidavits by way of evidence of the proposed three witnesses of the respondent shall be filed within a period of one week from today with advance copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The witnesses shall be present in Court on the next date i.e. 10.3.2016 for their cross-examination. In case all the witnesses cannot be crossexamined on 10.3.2016 the Trial Court may grant an adjournment for the said purpose. The Trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the petition within an outer limit of six months from today. With these directions, petition disposed of.
