% 14.10.2015 Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioner. The issue in this petition is with regard to permitting the construction of a Community Hall over the covered drain in Mayur Vihar area. The learned counsel for the respondents state that as of today such permission cannot be granted and no Community Hall or any other construction can be put up on a covered drain. Consequently, we are disposing of this writ petition but we are directing that the respondents shall not permit any construction on the covered drain without any further approval from this court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
