1. This petition has been pending since July, 2016 and no interim orders have been passed.
2. The parties are stated to be negotiating a settlement. The Petitioner has to take steps to have an Arbitrator appointed by invoking the arbitration clause by sending a notice to the Respondent and, thereafter, seek appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law.
3. If and when an Arbitral Tribunal is appointed, it will be open for the Petitioner to seek interim relief before the Arbitral Tribunal in accordance with law.
4. The petition is disposed of.
