FAO(OS) 197/2016 & CM 24263/2016 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. This appeal is disposed of on, inter alia, the statement made by Mr Dave, the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, that the direction as given by the learned Single Judge with regard to the disclaimer shall be fully complied with in the Red Herring Prospectus. We have also examined the decision of the learned Single Judge in the order dated 07.04.2016 and the reasons given on 30.04.2016. We are in agreement with the decision taken by the learned Single Judge. The directions given by the learned Single Judge shall

be complied with by the respondents in letter and spirit. In addition, we are directing the respondent No. 6 to also carry the said disclaimer referred to in the impugned orders on their website so that it is clear that the said respondent has no connection with the appellants.
