Perused the status report.

Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this application with the liberty to approach the Trial court for bail after important and material witnesses are examined. The court below, on filing of such petition, will consider the same on its own merits without being prejudiced by the fact that the present application has been dismissed as withdrawn. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. The application is disposed of accordingly.
