O R D E R

% 06.06.2016 By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C. petitioner is praying for grant of parole for a period of three months in order to enable him to take appropriate legal recourse against the order dated 02.03.2016 passed in Crl.A. No.507/2008.

A copy of this petition shall be filed by the petitioner with the concerned authorities and the same shall be treated as a representation. Notice. Mr.Sanjay Lao, ASC for the State accepts notice and submits that representation made by the petitioner to the Govt. of NCT of Delhi shall be disposed of within 10 working days.

In the given circumstance, the Govt. of NCT of Delhi is directed to dispose of the application/representation of the petitioner within 10 working days of the filing.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

The petitioner would be at

liberty to approach this Court if the need so arises. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
