The petitioner has challenged the order dated 31st May, 2016 passed by the Commissioner, Employees' Compensation whereby compensation of Rs.8,73,880/- plus funeral expenses of Rs.5,000/- has been awarded to the respondents.

The petitioner challenged the order dated 31st May, 2016 by FAO 372/2016 which was dismissed by this Court on 09th August, 2016. Copy of the order dated 09th August, 2016 is Annexure E at page 39. 3.

Since the petitioner's appeal FAO 372/2016 against the order dated 31st May, 2016 has already been dismissed by this Court on 09th August, 2016, this writ petition to raise a challenge of the impugned order dated 31st May, 2016 is not maintainable.
