% 08.12.2016 CM No.38103/2016 By the present application filed under Section 151 of the CPC, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw Annexure 2 and substitute it with Annexure 2A and also to withdraw the reproduced portion of the e-mail in para 7 of the reply.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The application is disposed of.

By the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 25.05.2016 by which the application of the petitioner for release of money was dismissed. 2.

It is agreed by the learned counsel for the parties that the petitioner shall have the sole right to operate her Pension Account with respondent

No.1 bank being A/c No.6000-101-00026203. The other issue will remain to be adjudicated upon in the suit.

In view of the above, the petition and all the pending applications stand disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the court master to the parties.
