% 12.07.2016 The learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal inasmuch as the grounds taken before us may be urged before the learned Single Judge which inter alia includes the request that the reply be not taken on record because, according to him, the rights agitated by the parties already stands adjudicated vide order dated 19.01.2012 passed in FAO (OS) 267/2010. He may make these submissions before the learned Single Judge.
