The words "amended written statement filed" in Para 9(II) of the judgment dated 1st February, 2016 are corrected to be read as "written statement filed" i.e. the word „amended‟ is deleted and the date of "6th July, 2005" in Para 19 of the judgment be read as "6th December, 2005". 7.
