Learned ASC for the State submits that in the FIR besides Section 318 IPC, Sections 376/307/363 IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and Section 23 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (in short 'JJ Act') were added. Considering the serious allegations in the FIR this Court finds no ground to quash the FIR in question on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties.

Petition is dismissed.
