O R D E R

% 14.07.2016 Learned counsels for parties state that the petition stands compromised and a Settlement Agreement dated 10.02.2016 has been entered into by the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC).

Learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor has handed over the copy of the said Settlement Agreement. In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the Decree Holder agreed to settle all its claims for a sum of Rs.11.50 Lac. The amount was to be paid in the following manner:- "I. Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) shall be paid by the Judgment Debtor by way of DD on or before 29.02.2016.

II. Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) shall be paid by the Judgment Debtor by way of DD on or before 31.03.2016.

III. Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) shall be paid by the Judgment Debtor by way of DD on or before 31.06.2016."

Learned counsels for parties state that said amount has been paid in the aforesaid manner and the decree stands satisfied. In view of the aforesaid statement, execution petition along with pending applications are disposed of.
