Court notice served on the plaintiff. Defendants reported to have shifted to some other place. However, learned counsel for defendants is present. Suit property is situated within the jurisdiction of PS Moti Nagar and the suit file is to be sent to District West, Tis Hazari Courts. Learned counsel for defendants submits that matter was settled between the defendants and the landlord which in this case is not the plaintiff. Learned counsel for defendants further submits that plaintiff appears not to be interested in pursuing the matter. These submissions may be made before learned Transferee Court. Learned counsel for defendants submits that the present address of defendants is G-27A, GF, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi-110015. Defendants are also directed to file their fresh address form before the learned Transferee Court
