O R D E R

% 26.07.2016 Parties state that the matter has been settled on terms. The report of the Mediator alongwith settlement agreement executed between the parties on 14.07.2016 has also been received.

Both counsel approbate the terms of the said settlement and undertake to this Court on behalf of their respective clients to remain bound by the terms and conditions set down therein. The said undertakings are accepted by this Court and the parties shall remain bound by the same. Counsel for the respondents specifically undertakes to this Court on behalf of the respondents to ensure that all instalments, as mentioned in paragraph 6 of the aforesaid settlement especially in respect of which advance cheques have been handed over to counsel for the petitioner in Court today, shall be duly paid and that the respondents shall maintain sufficient funds in its accounts at all relevant time for this purpose. The said undertaking is also accepted by this Court.

Counsel for the petitioner states, under the circumstances, he does not wish to pursue this matter any further and that the matter be disposed off in the aforesaid terms.

Consequently and as prayed, the petition is disposed off in terms of the aforesaid settlement. All pending applications also stand disposed off. SUDERSHAN KUMAR MISRA, J.
