% 14.11.2019 Learned counsel for the parties state, the parties have settled their inter se disputes. I find that the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, to which the parties were referred to by this court on May 14, 2019, has filed a settlement agreement dated October 11, 2019 running into 16 pages including Annexures A to E.
Learned counsel for the parties state, the suit be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement. The settlement agreement is taken on record and is marked as Exhibit-C. I take on record the statement made by the counsel for the parties that the parties shall abide by the terms of the settlement agreement dated October 11, 2019.
The suit stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
All the pending applications have become infructuous and disposed of as such.
