% 06.07.2018 Respondent no.2 Ms.Aisha is present along with her counsel in Court and has been identified by SI Ranjit Singh and she has settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She says that she is not willing in pursuing FIR No.312/2017 under sections 377/498A/406 IPC police station Sabzi Mandi in view of the compromise and the same may be quashed against all the petitioners.
Statement of respondent no.2 on Oath has been recorded separately. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the parties, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, FIR No.312/2017 under sections 377/498A/406 IPC police station Sabzi Mandi and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom
are quashed against all the petitioners.

On SA I have settled the matter with petitioners of my own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. I have no objection in case FIR No.312/2017 under sections 377/498A/406 IPC registered at police station Sabzi Mandi, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
I have given above statement voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.
