This is an application filed by the plaintiff seeking withdrawal of the balance amount of Rs. 1,25,138/- along with up-to-date interest. A perusal of the office noting dated 10.03.2021 records that this balance amount of Rs. 1,25,138 is lying deposited with the registry. 2.

The registry is directed to take appropriate steps for releasing the said amount to the plaintiff in terms of the order dated 30.01.2024 and prayer clause (a) of this application.

Let the amount be released within two (2) weeks. 4.
