After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the impugned judgment will stand but whether or not the appellants have or have not inherited any property of their son Mr. Gaurav Arora, and are therefore liable to that extent of the property of Mr. Gaurav Arora for the decretal amount, will be an issue which will be heard and decided in execution proceedings. 2.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid observations and consent order.
