Mr. Mendiratta, advocate, says that he appears for the liquidator, who was earlier appointed as the Resolution Professional (RP). 2.

I am informed that Mr. Arvind Garg, who was appointed as RP qua the judgment debtor company is now the liquidator. 3.

My attention has been drawn to a copy of the order dated 30.1.2019 passed by the NCLT, New Delhi Bench.

3.1 A copy of the same has been furnished to Mr. Sarin, who appears for the decree holder.

In these circumstances, the captioned petition is closed giving liberty to the decree holder to approach the liquidator in accordance with law for satisfaction of its claims.
