% 03.08.2018 In view of the order dated 18.07.2000, the learned counsel for the parties submit that indeed a settlement has been arrived at on 06.08.2018 and a copy of the same shall be filed in the Court. The petitioner has already paid first instalment of Rs.6,52,695/- and he promises and undertakes to pay the remaining instalments in terms of the settlement. In view of the above, the interim order is confirmed. The petition is disposed off.
