% 09.07.2018 Crl.M.A. 12200/2018 (Exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed off.

W.P.(CRL) 1992/2018 The petitioner seeks Parole for a period of three months on the ground that the Jhuggi in which the family of the petitioner is living is in a dilapidated condition and he has to arrange money for its repair and maintenance especially in the ensuing rainy season and to avoid any mis-happening. His address has been verified by the police, as per the Status Report submitted today. Earlier the petitioner was released by this Court on parole for a period of two weeks and he has not misused the liberty granted. He was also granted Furlough for

21days. He had not misused the liberty granted to him on any of the abovementioned occasion. .

In view of the foregoing, the Court finds no impediment in allowing the present petition. Consequently, the petitioner is enlarged on parole for a period of six weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent concerned subject to the following conditions:- (1) The petitioner shall report to the SHO, Police Station - Shahdara, Delhi, once a week on every Tuesday during the period of parole. (2) He shall furnish his telephone number to the SHO concerned, which the petitioner shall keep operational at all times (3) He shall not leave the territory of NCT of Delhi. (4) The petitioner shall surrender before the jail authorities at the expiry of the period of parole.

With the above directions the writ petition is disposed off. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties.
