The learned counsels for the parties state that they have settled the matter and a Settlement Deed dated 21.05.2025 has been executed. 2.

Further in terms of the settlement, a Cheque for Rs. 14 crores bearing Cheque No. 003811, ICICI Bank dated 26.11.2025, has been handed over to the learned counsel for the Indian Airlines Pilots Co-Operative House Building Society Limited.

It is stated that the Cheque on presentation will be honoured. 4.

In case there are any violations of the Settlement Deed dated 21.05.2025, the parties will be at liberty to revive the petition. 5.

The Settlement Deed has been handed over in the Court today and is taken on record and will form part of the Order. 6.

M/s Essel Housing Projects Pvt. Ltd. will deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 2 crores as TDS with the authorities within 4 weeks from today with intimation to the Indian Airlines Pilots Co-Operative House Building Society Limited.

Mr. Arihant Jain, Authorized Representative of the petitioner and Capt. A. S. Malli, Authorized Representative of the respondent in O.M.P. (COMM) 299/2016 are present in Court today.
