% 07.11.2016 We have heard the learned counsel for the appellant as also Mr K.K. Kurian (respondent herein, who appears in person). Mr Kurian has made a statement before this Court that he shall not create any third party interest in respect of the property No.303/A-87, Khasra No.868/2 situated at Nehru Gali, Village Mandawali, Fazalpur, Shahdara, Delhi 110092. The appeal stands disposed of in terms of the said statement which shall endure till the disposal of the suit.
