O R D E R

% 09.01.2018 At the outset it has been submitted on behalf of the State and affirmed on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has since expired on 15.12.2017. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that proceedings in FIR No. 231/17 have also since been abated.

The respondent no.2 present in Court submits that the proceedings be converted into civil liability, qua which the respondent no.2 can seek appropriate civil proceedings in accordance with law, however, the present petition cannot be converted into a civil claim. The present petition thus calls for no further action and is disposed of accordingly.
