None had appeared for the petitioners on 01.04.2022 and 02.12.2022. Further, on 17.07.2023 a request for adjournment was made by the learned counsel for the petitioners on the ground that the arguing counsel is not available.

Again there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioners on 21.11.2023. Even today none appeared on behalf of the petitioners when the matter was called out.

It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the present petition.
