% 14.09.2017 The parties have settled their dispute and the decree holder had since received his money. The only grievance now was the TDS certificates were to be handed over to the decree holder. Today the TDS certificates have also been handed over and hence the decree holder seeks withdrawl of the execution petition. The same stands dismissed as withdrawn.
