The Respondents have placed before the Court a copy of the order dated 12th September 2018 in terms of which, inter alia, the earlier office order dated 17th January 2018 stands cancelled and the period between the date of relieving of the Petitioner from Group Centre, Gurgaon and the date of rejoining of the Petitioner, i.e. 9th April to 12th August 2018, has been regularized.

2. In that view of the matter, no further directions are called for in the

present petition. It is disposed of. The pending application is also disposed of.
