The petitioner seeks directions to the respondent/CRPF to grant her 100% family pension from the date Shri Suraj Singh Rawat, S/o Late Shri Mohan Singh Rawat, had attained the age of 25 years. The petitioner also seeks interest on the arrears of the unpaid family pension at the rate of 12% per annum.

On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents had sought time to take instructions. He states today that as per his instructions, the respondents are willing to process the claim of the petitioner but states that she has not submitted her original PPO dated 18th June, 2014 and if she does so, her pending application shall be processed by the respondents at the earliest. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid W.P.(C) 6850/2018 Page No.1 of 2

original PPO whereunder the petitioner has been given 50% of the family pension, shall be furnished to the department within one week. Immediately on receipt of the said document, the respondents shall dispose of the pending representations of the petitioner dated 26.05.2017 and 17.06.2017, and process her case for grant of 100% family pension within four weeks from the date of receipt of the said document. The arrears of the pension, if payable, shall also be released within the same time.

The writ petition is disposed of.
