He is permitted to withdraw the present petition challenging the interim order under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as upheld the provisions by the Court of Sessions vide impugned order dated 30.05.2012 seeking to approach the trial court by moving an application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for modification of the said order.
