% 11.02.2019 Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that due to change in the pecuniary jurisdiction, the present matter is to be tried by the learned District Courts.

I have gone through paragraph 49 of the plaint. As per this paragraph, the present suit is valued at Rs. 1,00,01,800/- which is less than Rs. 2 Crores. In these circumstances, the parties are directed to appear before the Court of learned District Judge, Saket Courts (South-East), on 08.03.2019.
