Copy of the petition along with the afore noted representations be handed over to counsel for respondent no. 1 who shall take action in accordance with law and dispose of the representations filed by the petitioner within an outer limit of six weeks.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Court in case the directions qua respondent No. 1 are not implemented. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
