The only grievance that the petitioner has made is that the Disciplinary Committee of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has not rendered its decision qua the two complaints lodged by him vis-a-vis respondent No.2.

1.1 The first complaint made against respondent No.2 is dated 13.1.2015, while the second complaint is dated 9.6.2015. 2.

The record shows that the Director (Discipline) has rendered a prima facie view, whereupon, the matter has been escalated to the Disciplinary Committee.

Mr. Makheeja, who appears for respondent No.1, says that the Disciplinary Committee, after having sought the legal input qua the issues raised in the complaint, has reserved the orders in the matter on 25.4.2018. 3.1 The said statement is taken on record.
