Learned counsel for the respondents who appears on advance copy of the writ petition being served states that keeping in view the grievance of the petitioner that he has not received the order disposing of the Show Cause Notice dated June 07, 2015, to which petitioner has filed a response, within four weeks from today the petitioner would be communicated the order disposing of the Show Cause Notice dated June 07, 2015. Learned counsel for the respondents states that if an order has already been passed, the same would be communicated to the petitioner. If no order has been passed, an order would be passed and communicated to the petitioner. 2.

If the order passed disposing of the Show Cause Notice dated June 07, 2015 is against the interest of the petitioner, he shall have a right to challenge the same as per law.
