Requisite certificate u/S 65B has been filed by plaintiff as per which proposed defendant no.10 was duly served through email. I am satisfied with the service.

Reply to the captioned IA has not been filed by proposed defendant no.11 till date despite service.

Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that through the captioned IA only impleadment of proposed defendant no.10&11 is sought and captioned IA is not for the amendment of the suit as such. Learned counsels for defendant nos.1,5,6,7&9 and defendant no.2&3 submit that the said defendants does not wish to file any reply to the captioned IA.
