% 03.06.2016 Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice. Let the copy of the writ petition be treated as a representation to be considered by the respondent. The respondent shall afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. The notice of the hearing be given to the petitioner as well as the petitioner's counsel. The respondent shall pass a speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of hearing. The speaking order be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. If the petitioner's grievance is not redressed, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies available to the petitioner in accordance with the law.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
